Role: Personal Assistant / Credit Controller
Area: JHB /Randburg
Salary: R35k cost to company including benefits
- Screening of calls
- Composing and proof reading of company documents / letters / memorandums
- Minutes of Meetings
- Flight bookings for the group – local and international
- Accommodation booking for the group – local and international
- Car Hire bookings – local and international
- Marketing – sourcing of calendars, year-end gifts etc.
- Bosberaad – organizing of conference from venue, to meals, room allocations and logistics of getting required staff members to and from the chosen venue
- Organizing of Year End function
- Presentations
- BEE
- Inputting of Stock at stock take
- Daily Cashbook allocations of payments received for JHB, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth branch
- Reconciliation of Debtors accounts as and when required
- COD
- Collection of cash for JHB branch
- Reconciliation of COD accounts; JHB, CT and Port Elizabeth
- Continuous follow up on payments on overdue accounts and ensuring that monies are paid and if necessary all queries are sorted in order to ensure payment
- Submission of invoices, by email, for those Debtors who have a document processing department (AB-Inbev, CCBSA, Siqalo Foods, Distell)
- Uploading of invoices on customer portals i.e. Nestle, J & J, Unilever
- Uploading invoices and POD’s onto System 1A
- Closing off month end for AR and processing of statements
- Assistance at Year End:
- Ensuring all debtors are up to date
- Approval of Write Offs if necessary
- Adjustments as required
- Assistance with the audit
- Confirming ITT payments
- Shipping administrator substitute as and when necessary
- Assistance to all other departments and managers as and when required
