My client is looking for a person who has worked for a company like sasfin , merchant west or any financial institution who has experience in lease administration
Candidate could be a clerical person who is able to complete, collect from client, prep and manage the paperwork requirements that support a rental contract.
- Admin or some sort of accounting background would be beneficial.
- Customer centric is essential
- Own car is essential for collecting and delivering documents to client
- Duties would include:
- Administration , follow up on paperwork for contracts.
- Communication and feedback of customer credit worthiness to rep and manager
- Link between finance approval dept and rep
- Contract management
